1. Introduction

Welcome to GreenLightGo (“GreenLightGo“, “we“, “our“, or “us“). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms“) govern your access to and use of the GreenLightGo website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service“). By creating an account, listing a property, making or managing viewings, using the Ask Georgie assistant, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Please also review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and share information about you, and our communications practices. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity or person to these Terms.

2. Key Definitions

Account: Your registered user profile on the Service.
Seller: A user who lists or intends to list a property for sale via the Service.
Buyer: A user who inquires about, views, or makes offers on a property via the Service.
Listing: Any property profile, advertisement, photos, videos, 3D tours, descriptions, price guidance, or availability calendar published via the Service.
Offer: A proposal submitted by a Buyer through the Service to purchase a property, subject to contract and any conditions or local law.
Ask Georgie / Georgie: Our automated assistant that provides general information and guidance related to property selling and related topics.

3. Eligibility, Registration & Verification

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Real estate is a regulated industry—we may require identity verification (KYC), property ownership/authority checks, and other compliance steps to protect users and comply with applicable laws.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an Account if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

4. The Service & Our Role

GreenLightGo is a full‑service real estate platform designed to streamline listing creation, viewings, offer management, and contract initiation. Our tools include: registration, property profile creation, secure viewing coordination, real‑time offer notifications, and contract/document workflows.
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Any contracts or legal documentation generated through the Service are templates or forms prepared for convenience; you and your nominated conveyancer or solicitor are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and finalizing all documents.
Information presented in the Service (including market data, insights, timelines, or pricing suggestions) is general information only and may not reflect your specific circumstances. You should obtain independent professional advice where required.

5. Creating Your Listing (Photos, Price, Description, Availability)

Seller Responsibility. Sellers must ensure that all Listing information (including photos, videos, descriptions, features, floor areas, price guidance, and availability) is true, accurate, current, and not misleading.
Rights & Permissions. Sellers must hold or obtain all necessary rights to use photographs, videos, floor plans, and other media in a Listing, and must not upload content that infringes third‑party rights, violates privacy, or breaches any law.
Edits & Enhancements. We may provide tools to assist with formatting, cropping, compressing, or otherwise preparing media and descriptions. We may, at our discretion, refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.
Occupied/Tenanted Properties. If a property is occupied or tenanted, the Seller must ensure all required notices, approvals, and consents (e.g., from tenants, owner corporations, HOAs, or mortgagees) are in place before photos are taken, viewings occur, or a Listing goes live.

6. Viewings: Safety, Access & Scheduling

You control your viewing times. The Service allows Sellers to set and manage viewing availability directly. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the property is safe, secure, and suitable for visitor access at the chosen times.
Safety & Security. While the Service includes features to enhance security and control, GreenLightGo does not guarantee the prevention of loss, damage, or unlawful conduct during viewings. Sellers should take reasonable precautions (e.g., securing valuables, verifying attendees, following building/insurance requirements).
Compliance. Sellers and Buyers must comply with all laws, building rules, and community by‑laws during viewings, including any health/safety protocols. Buyers and attendees enter a property at their own risk.

7. Offers, & Contracts

Offers are delivered in real time. When you accept an offer, GreenLightGo initiates contract generation and coordinates required documentation with your nominated conveyancer/solicitor. The final signed contract governs the transaction.

8. Valuations, Insights & “Ask Georgie”

Estimates Only. Any valuation, price estimate, sales insights, or market data provided by the Service (including via Ask Georgie) are informational estimates only. They are not formal valuations, appraisals, or professional advice. Actual sale outcomes can differ due to market conditions and other factors.
No Legal/Tax/Financial Advice. Ask Georgie’s responses are generated content and may rely on third‑party data. They must not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, or conveyancing advice. Always seek advice from qualified professionals.
Limitations. We make reasonable efforts to provide relevant, timely information but do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your particular circumstances.

9. Fees, Charges & Taxes

Fees are shown in-app before you commit. Third-party costs (e.g., conveyancing, government fees, compliance checks) are separate. Savings claims are estimates only and may vary.

10. Content Rights & Licenses

Your Content. You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., photos, videos, descriptions). You grant GreenLightGo a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
No Legal/Tax/Financial Advice. Ask Georgie’s responses are generated content and may rely on third‑party data. They must not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, or conveyancing advice. Always seek advice from qualified professionals.
Feedback. If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

11. Acceptable Use

Violate any law, regulation, or third‑party right (including privacy, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws).
Upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means without our prior written consent.
Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Misrepresent your identity, your authority to sell a property, or your relationship to a property.
Use the Service to facilitate unlawful transactions or money laundering.
Harvest or misuse other users’ personal information.

12. Third‑Party Services & Referrals

The Service may integrate with payment processors, identity verification providers, analytics tools, mapping services, and other third‑party platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content or services.
From time to time, if GreenLightGo is not the right fit for your needs, we may introduce or refer you to an external, traditional agent or other service providers. Such referrals are offered for convenience only and do not constitute endorsements. We are not a party to your agreements with third parties and are not liable for their services. We may receive a referral fee where permitted by law; this does not affect the price you pay.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GreenLightGo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Listings or User Content; (c) your interactions with Buyers/Sellers/attendees; (d) your breach of these Terms or applicable law; or (e) your violation of third‑party rights.
